Composed of more than a dozen delicious restaurants and over 120 stores, Southlake Town Square has been nationally recognized. The open-air shopping district covers 130 acres within the heart of the city, carrying the current top brands and hosting community events all year round. Central Market is a food store with several unique departments dedicated to quality food. Customers can buy gourmet meat, wine, and vegetables, eat at the in-building cafe, attend food events, and enjoy live music.
 
Del Frisco’s Grille provides a contemporary menu and hand-crafted cocktails. Serving American classics with an innovative twist, Del Frisco’s prides itself on working with fresh ingredients. The ambiance is stylish and welcoming, the flavors are bold, and the experience is one-of-a-kind. Calabrese Southlake serves gourmet Italian food. From the atmosphere of celebration to the charming outdoor dining, the restaurant shares a delightful and delicious experience.
 
A great place to get pasta, flatbreads, steaks, and pizza, Brio Italian Grille provides fantastic service and a luxury atmosphere. With fine wines, cocktails, and northern Italian fare, the restaurant is a lively venue with space for private events and catering available. RA Sushi Bar Restaurant serves the best sushi in Southlake, along with many other delicious Japanese dishes. Between the food, inventive drinks, and exciting music, it attracts a vibrant crowd.
 

Things to Do

Art in the Square, held in the open air, takes place annually in April. It is a three-day festival celebrating fine art and featuring local talent. In addition, it showcases various performances, such as bands, dance studios, and a long list of musicians. Oktoberfest attracts more than 100,000 visitors annually, boasting arts and crafts booths, live entertainment, food, and beverages. The year 2023 marks its 22nd consecutive year.
 
Southlake celebrates the Fourth of July with the Stars and Stripes, an exciting, annual outdoor celebration spilling over from the Town Square into neighboring parks with more than a thousand participants each year. The day sees fun activities, delicious food, and live music, while the evening finale showcases an incredible musical fireworks display. During the Christmas holidays, the Holidays Annual Christmas Tree Lighting event delights everyone with thousands of twinkling lights, carriage rides, visiting Santa Claus, and posting letters to the North Pole. The day-long event concludes with the lighting of the Christmas tree and a fireworks show.
 
Timarron Country Club has a Byron Nelson-designed golf course that is an unmatched experience for every golfer, regardless of skill level. It is set in the heart of Southlake’s natural beauty. The club also provides a fitness center, delicious food, and a unique venue. Dedicated to giving people a chance to explore a unique ecosystem, the Bob Jones Nature Center and Preserve covers 700 acres, crisscrossed with over 20 miles of trails. Many birds and other wildlife, like bobcats, deer, and coyotes, can be observed in their natural habitat.
 

Schools

Carroll Independent School District serves the Southlake area and is considered the number one school district in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It is famous for its excellent schools.
